The AUA’s FUTURE in Urology Program is proud to offer the FUTURE Urologist Mentorship Network. The AUA’s FUTURE in Urology Program is a comprehensive incubator program designed to support the pipeline, mentorship, and promotion of pre-medical, medical students, and urology trainees. The FUTURE Urologist Mentorship Network is a private, online community that allows mentees (medical students interested in pursuing urology as a specialty) to connect with volunteer mentors to support their journey to, and through, urology.

The FUTURE Urologist Mentorship Network was conceived to help grow the number of medical students in the urology pipeline by creating meaningful mentorship opportunities. The platform is open to all medical students and residents who are seeking mentors in urology.

Any AUA member urologist (board-certified or board-eligible) at fellow or attending level (i.e. independent clinical practice) and independent researchers.

No, access to the platform is free.
