Founded in 1902, the AUA is a premier urologic association, providing invaluable support to the urologic community. Our mission is to promote the highest standards of urological clinical care through education, research and the formulation of health care policy.

The AUA has more than 23,000 members worldwide who have been transforming and improving urological care for over 100 years. Careers at the AUA and the Urology Care Foundation
Headquartered in Linthicum, Maryland (near the BWI Airport), the AUA and the Urology Care Foundation collectively employ more than 160 individuals with a wide range of professional expertise. Current career opportunities include individual giving specialist and systems administrator, among others.
