We’re On a Journey to Enhance the Digital Experience of Our Members!
Over the next 18 months, the AUA is undergoing a digital transformation to better serve our members and position us for a modern, digital-first future.
What Can You Expect?
January 2026:
The AUA will launch an enhanced AUAUniversity Learning Management System, which features streamlined navigation and new tools to improve your learning experience.
AUA members will receive online subscriptions to The Journal of Urology® and Urology Practice as a benefit of membership. Print editions will be available for purchase. This transition will allow members to access the Journals — anytime and on the go! Learn more.
Late 2026:
The Journal of Urology® will transition to a new platform with enhanced features and functionalities for an improved digital experience.
2027:
The AUA will launch a brand new AUAnet.org, unveiling an expanded AUAUniversity with more education, tools, and resources than ever before. You will also notice enhancements to AUANews, including improved navigation and easy access to articles and information from the AUA.
As we continue this journey, we will be making enhancements to other sites and mobile apps. We will also be exploring new digital products and features to better serve you in the future.

Why is the AUA upgrading its Learning Management System?
As the AUA strives to serve our members’ needs in a digital world, it is critical that we use technologies that enable us to be more effective, efficient and innovative. Over the next 18 months, the AUA is undergoing a digital transformation to better serve our members and position us for a modern, digital-first future. The upgrades to AUAUniversity are a first step in this transformation. This new learning management system marks an investment in AUA’s digital infrastructure and will allow us to provide a better user experience for our learners.
Do I need to claim my CME before the transition?
You do not need to rush to claim any CME because of the transition. However, all AUA2025 annual meeting credit is due by December 31, 2025. Annual Meeting credit can be claimed here. If you are claiming credit for an AUA Section Meeting, please make sure to claim your credit by December 30, 2025. Please refer to the accreditation expiration date for all other products.
Is there any time when the system will not be available?
Yes. Between December 31 and January 4, there will be no access to the AUAUniversity Learning Management System. The new system will launch on Monday, January 5, 2026.
During this down time, all AUA members will continue to have access to AUAnet.org, the AUA Core Curriculum, the AUAUniversity podcast, the Leadership and Business podcast, AUAUniversity YouTube channel, and AUA mobile apps.
How do I access my account in the new learning management system?
To access your activities and subscriptions in the new system, you will use your existing AUA username and password. No changes are required.
Did you transfer my activity information to the new system?
Yes. The AUA migrated more than 11,000 accounts into the new system, so if you had an existing activity or subscription (Update Series or SASP) in our system, it was transferred over. The data we migrated includes, but are not limited to:
- All completed activities, including post-test scores
- All orders from the past three years
What if I log in and my data is missing or incorrect?
If you find that you are missing data or your data is incorrect, please contact AUA Member and Services at CustomerService@AUAnet.org or 410-689-3700.
Where can I find my transcript?
Your complete AUA transcript can be found on your myAUA page on https://my.auanet.org/
How do I navigate this new system?
AUA will have a video tutorial available after launch to show you the basics of this new system.
