Company-owned equipment used for work-related purpose
The IT team provides support for installation, maintenance and troubleshooting for computers, software, and other peripherals used by employees.
Workstation Guidelines
The AUA is committed to providing staff with appropriate computing technology to perform their role and responsibilities. The AUA provides a variety of technology solutions and resources (i.e., Thin Client, Virtual Desktop Infrastructure (VDI), etc.) to meet staff needs.

Equipment Loaning
The AUA maintains a limited inventory of computing equipment available for loan. Email or submit a ticket to the helpdesk to find out what loaner equipment is available.

Device Move
The requesting manager must submit a request via Zendesk to Office Management for approval.
- Once the move request is approved by Office Management, IT Support can facilitate the move.
- IT Support team will facilitate the device move once it is approved by Office Management.
