The Computerized Oncology Knowledge Assessment Test

The OKAT will be administered on Saturday, November 19, 2016

Registration information for the 2016 OKAT will be sent to you in late June or early July.

It is the responsibility of the fellowship program to register their fellow(s). Fellows should not register themselves.

Fellowship/Faculty

As in previous years, urologic oncology fellows and faculty will be taking the OKAT at their residency training program. The fellowship program directors are responsible for contacting their residency program site for testing arrangement details including start time, location, and method of testing (i.e., if they need to bring a laptop or if the exam will be given in a campus test center). If it is decided that personal laptops will be used, it is required that a system check be run 7-10 days before the exam date on all laptops. If fellowship programs and/or faculty run the system check, they must provide confirmation of success to the onsite proctor the day of the exam. (See Page 5 of the" System Check & Secure Browser Download Screenshots" document for a sample confirmation.)

SUO Members

SUO members will designate their preferred exam site via our online registration website. Members are responsible for contacting their selected site which will be listed on their registration confirmation. The hosting program is responsible for making testing arrangement details including start time, location, and method of testing. The host will also need to determine if the exam will be administered in the campus test center, using department computers, or personal laptops. If it is decided that personal laptops will be used and the SUO Member is asked to provide one, the SUO Member must run a system check, as instructed above, 7-10 days prior to the exam and they must also provide confirmation of success to the onsite proctor the day of the exam.
