AUA Residents and Fellows Committee Teaching Award 2019

Congratulations to Robert Caleb Kovell, MD, assistant professor and associate residency program director at the University of Pennsylvania's Perelman School of Medicine, recipient of the 2019 AUA Residents and Fellows Committee Teaching Award!

Dr. Kovell was formally recognized at the Residents Forum program at the AUA Annual Meeting in Chicago. He was nominated by Dr. Alexander Skokan, PGY-5 at the University of Pennsylvania. On this Inside Tract episode, Drs. Kovell and Skokan are joined by host Dr. Kevin Koo to discuss the award, Dr. Kovell's approach to teaching and the role of educators in urology in general. Dr. Koo is the Chair of the AUA's Residents and Fellows Committee.
