AQUA by the Numbers
The AQUA Registry was developed in 2014 and has grown substantially over the years. Below are some of the notable milestones reached:

From a MIPS perspective, some participants reporting for 2022 MIPS, through AQUA, took advantage of the following benefits:
- Highest increase in score, for a practice, was 16.7 points.
- An average increase in score of 6.5 points.
- Practices were pleased with their ability to report on urology specific measures and to see the impact, of those measures, on their MIPS score.
- CMS suppressed QPP128, the BMI measure. Many practices that were scoring well on the BMI measure had a comparably scored measure, in AQUA, which replaced the BMI measure with little to no impact on score.
